Tom O’Malley – Partner/Director of Sales
Tom’s Experience
Tom O’Malley has been a leader in the architectural metals industry for over 21 years. He has excelled at building long lasting relationships with the top architects, contractors and vendors across the US. Tom transformed divisions and products into industry leaders. As Director of Sales, Tom heads up the sales and marketing efforts. He is a resource for customers when they are designing their projects. Tom is often looked to for his insight by the leading industry media outlets and is involved in many industry organizations. He attended Indiana University, earning a degree in Communications with a Business minor.

Hobbies: When Tom is not at Clover, he enjoys spending time with his wife and being active by helping coach his three kids….all of whom will one day be pro athletes.
Jim Stremplewski – Partner/Director of Operations
Jim’s Experience
Since 1986, Jim Stremplewski’s career in architectural metals manufacturing has extended across aluminum fabrication, quality management, project and production management, industrial asset management, industrial training, and inventory control. He specializes in helping architects and glazers turn their concepts into reality. Jim works as a consultant and trainer in architectural metals throughout all phases of a project for clients. As Director of Operations, he uses his experience to oversee all project management and production. By bringing together world-class lean practices, reliable asset management systems, and precision maintenance skills, Jim actively contributes to positioning Clover as a leader in the industry.

Hobbies: Jim enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and spending time with his loving wife of 29 years and his two wonderful daughters who just received their college degrees.

Edward Kearney

Ed’s Experience

With over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, holding managerial positions at several banks in the Chicago area, Ed has had the opportunity to provide financial advice to well over 100 companies. To diversify his knowledge, Ed recently obtained operational experience as CFO for a general contractor that provided him with valuable insight on what it is like to be “on the other side of the table.” Ed obtained his MBA from DePaul University with a concentration in Finance.


Hobbies: Ed enjoys golfing, going to the movies and watching his favorite shows on DVR (greatest invention ever!). Ed sits on the Board of Directors for the The Mulliganeers, a not-for-profit organization that provides funds to families with sick or disabled children that are in financial need. As a result of its fundraising efforts, The Mulliganeers has provided over $4,000,000 to deserving families. In addition, Ed is on the Board of Directors of the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife and their two terrific sons.


Warren Hagey – Senior Estimator

Warren’s Experience

Warren has worked in the architectural metals industry for over twelve years. During that time, he has performed various roles, including project manager, drafting manager and estimator. He combines an analytical mind and attention to detail with communication and relational skills to work in tandem with architects, contractors, engineers and vendors. Using his skills and experience, he delivers solutions that work for everyone.


Hobbies: When he’s not at work, Warren enjoys spending time with his family and serving in his church.


Bonnie Sullivan-Garcia – VP Door Division

Bonnie’s Experience

Bonnie has worked in the All Glass Doors / Entrance Systems industry for 16 years. She has worked on both the material supply side and has spent time working as an All-Glass Door Coordinator at a tempering company. She has experience in order entry, inventory management, project management, purchasing and estimating, and management. Here at Clover Bonnie strives to combine her knowledge & experience in an effort to help our customers every day. Bonnie graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bradley University in Peoria, IL.


Hobbies: When she is not hard at work, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband, her young daughter and her friends.
